Skips Delivered Hire Terms and Conditions

  1. Delivery and Pickup
  • Delivery of the skip bin may take up to 2 working days from the date of order.
  • Pickup of the skip bin will be within 1 to 7 working days from the date of request.
  • The customer will be notified of the estimated delivery and pickup times.
  1. Delays and Cancellations
  • We strive to meet the estimated delivery and pickup times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of a delay, the customer acknowledges that we cannot guarantee the delivery or pickup time.
  • The customer agrees not to claim any charges or damages due to delays.
  1. Loading and Filling
  • The customer agrees to load the skip bin in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Rubbish must be loaded under the rim of the bin. If the rubbish exceeds the rim, the bin will not be collected.
  • A service fee of $200 will be charged if we need to return to collect the bin after the customer removes excess rubbish.
  1. Prohibited Items
  • The following items are strictly prohibited from being placed in the skip bin: asbestos, tyres, chemicals, and food waste.
  • If any prohibited items are found in the bin after collection, the customer will be charged for the disposal costs, which will be invoiced separately.
  • The customer must pay the invoice within 1 day of receipt.
  1. Payment Terms
  • The customer agrees to pay all invoices within the specified timeframe.
  • Failure to pay invoices on time may result in additional fees and charges.
  1. Liability and Indemnity
  • The customer acknowledges that we are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the skip bin or its contents.
  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the hire and use of the skip bin.
  1. Consumer Guarantees
  • We guarantee that the skip bin hire services will be provided with due care and skill.
  • We guarantee that the skip bin will be fit for the purpose intended.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
  • By hiring a skip bin from us, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
